Dmitry, one of the founders of re:action concept, has a deep passion for travel and exploration, and also he is to ensure that everything goes according to plan.
He oversees partnerships, financial matters, and legal affairs within the company.
With years of experience in MICE and travel, Dmitry believes that there are no unsolvable challenges and can find optimal solutions in any situation.
Before travel industry, he worked for large international corporations, and perfectly understands corporate clients' requirements for events and their quality.
Beyond his professional expertise, Dmitry is an avid traveler who loves mountains and the North. He knows how to cycle 120 km without getting tired and navigate the Atlantic Ocean during storms.

Maria joined the adventure and travel organization 8 years ago and has successfully executed over 250 projects with her team.
The first major MICE project was a corporate event in the mountains of Krasnaya Polyana for 60 people in 2018. That was the start of our corporate events specialization.
Before joining re:action concept, Maria worked at a management position in the Luxury sector, and now she brings a commitment to aesthetics and exceptional service to every project.
Maria’s international background and experience allows to understand the needs of different cultures and propose out of the box ideas. Maria is fluent in 3 languages, studied in France and lived in different countries. Maria enjoys active recreation: from skiing to parachute jumping.

In the re:action concept team, Anton is dedicated to organizing travel and events.
He effortlessly adapts to changing conditions, connects with any person, and can seamlessly execute events of any complexity.
Over the past 8 years, Anton has personally conducted more than 70 trips, implementing the most offbeat programs.
He believes that active recreation is the best way to explore the world.
Anton is particularly fond of quests, both playing them - and creating for re:action concept. Gaming format, much like active recreation, is a great opportunity to bringing people together and team building as well as adding WOW effect to the activities.
We live in Baku and exploring the beauty of Azerbaijan in our adventurous spirit. We went to remote ancient towns, hiked to the mountains and villages, engaging with the locals, discovering history, local traditions and food. We discovered the country and were fascinated by its colors, spirit and nature. Motivated by this passion, we established a Destination Management Company (DMC) here.
